Time to go home...Well, nearly...
As per usual, too much good fun in San Francisco...
finally got to hook up with
Kary, the young lady who forever will carry the joyous responsibility of bringing Love of Life & myself together.
Down to Lazlo's on the Mission for some rather crazy fun with Freq Nasty & co. providing some combat DJing for some very up-for-it SF peeps last night. And how many places can you go to where a glass gets busted off the back mirror of the bar and everyone just carries on like it was part of the entertainnment..? Rawkin'
Jetting out tomorrow after a quick sit-in at Emily's
Future Breaks radio show on KUSF...tip for the kids here...if you ever get the chance to see
Ms E spin, go do it. She's ded good. O-F-F-I-C-I-A-L.
Head spinning from too much fun, tying myself in knots waiting to get back to the Love of my Life and totally energized for the rest of the year. Give it 2 days before I'm slumped in front of the TV catching up on the footie ;-)
Pictures...they will come...
And back to Palo Alto...fuzzyWow...how much of a good time did I just have? Five days in the desert surrounded by fantastic natural beauty & fantastic human madness. Met loads of really fun people, saw sooo many good things & laughed 'til I cried.
The best burn yet for me. Maybe because I knew a little of what to expect with conditions & general craziness and was able to get into the swing of things from the time we headed out from Sparks for the final leg of the journey to BRC, maybe because of the completely safe & friendly atmosphere there or maybe something else...
Anyhow, five more days of holiday left and breakfast is calling so expect sporadic updates & possible pictures. Or maybe something else...
